Update re Drug Seizure and Arrest, Rathmines 31st July, 2020.

Gardaí investigating the drug seizure of cocaine and MDMA led by the Terenure District Drug unit on Friday 31st July, 2020 have released the 25 year old man who was detained at Rathmines Garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

The man was released this evening, Saturday 1st August, 2020 without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
