Court Appearance re Fatal Stabbing Gordon Drive, Cloughleigh, Ennis. 14th April, 2020

The man (late 30s) arrested in relation to the fatal stabbing that occurred at Gordon Drive, Cloughleigh, Ennis on the afternoon of Tuesday 14th April, 2020 has been charged.

The arrested man was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 and has since been charged and is due to appear before Ennis District Court this morning, Thursday 16th April, 2020.
