Controlled Drug MDMA seized in Dublin worth €33,000 on the 24/5/19
On Friday 24th May as part of an intelligence led operation conducted by Gardaí from the Clontarf Drugs Unit, Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Revenue’s Customs Service a property was searched in the Dollymount area of Co. Dublin.
During this operation Revenue officers seized approximately 560 grams of MDMA with an estimated street value of €33,000 (analysis pending).
Resulting from this, Gardaí arrested a 23year old male, he is currently detained at Raheny Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drugs Trafficking) Act 1996.
Investigations are ongoing.
