Update - Criminal Damage and Assault Investigation Falsk, Storkestown, Co. Roscommon, 16th December 2018

A 50-year-old man arrested as part of ongoing investigations into incidents that took place at Falsk, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon on 16th December 2018 has been released without charge.  A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. 

The man was arrested in Co Roscommon on 7th March2019, and  detained at Castlerea Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939.

This is the 6th individual arrested as part of the investigation to date, two are currently before the courts.
