Missing Person - Martin Whelan (45) Coolock, Dublin - last seen on the 19/3/19

Martin was last seen on the morning of the 19/03/19 at Harmonstown DART Station. When last seen he was wearing a navy jacket, navy slacks and dark shoes. Martin is approximately 5’7’’ of medium build.
