Gardaí recover property from St Michan's Church

Gardaí from the Bridewell Garda Station have today 5th March 2019, recovered the head of "The Crusader" and another skull that had been taken from a crypt in St. Michan’s church over the weekend of 23rd/25th February.

The items were recovered as a result of information that came into the possession of the investigating Gardaí.

National Museum of Ireland are acting in an advisory capacity.

An Garda Síochána would like to thank the public for their assistance in the investigation, which remains ongoing.
