Arrest in connection with Fatal Assault 11th June 2019

Gardaí investigating the fatal assault that occurred on O'Connell St Dublin 1 in the early hours of Tuesday morning, the 11/06/19, have arrested a male in connection with this investigation.

A male in his late 20s was arrested near the scene this morning 11th June 2019.

Garda Forensic Collision Investigators are at the scene and the road is currently closed to traffic in both directions with diversions in place. Investigations are ongoing.
