Gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Zach Parker from Swords, Co. Dublin will hold media briefing at the scene of last night’s incident.

Gardaí in Swords are investigating a fatal shooting which occurred at a sports centre on Applewood Close, Swords this evening, Thursday 17th January 2019 at 7.30p.m.
A number of shots were discharged and two men were injured, one man (early 20s) was fatally injured. The second man (mid 20s) was removed to Beaumont Hospital and his condition is described as serious.
The body of the deceased remains at scene. Investigations ongoing.
