Court appearance - Assault Incident in Rush, Dublin on the 2/7/19

A man an woman in their 30s are due to appear before Dublin District Court (Criminal Courts of Justice No 2) at 10:30am on Friday 9/8/19 charged in connection with an ongoing Garda investigation into an incident at a house in Rush, Co Dublin on the 2/7/19 in which a 9-year-old girl was discovered with serious injuries.

The two were arrested on the 7/8/19 and detained for under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 in north Dublin Garda Stations. The investigation is ongoing. No further information is available at this time.
