Update - Jamie Tighe Ennis Murder Investigation

A woman in her 30s has been arrested by Gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of Jamie Tighe Ennis on the 28th of October 2017 at Moateview Avenue, Dublin 17.

The woman was arrested this morning (17/10/2017) in the Dublin area and is currently detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at Coolock Garda Station.

Of the four people arrested on the 15/10/2018; Gardaí are continuing to detain two males (30s & 50s) under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at Clontarf and Ballymun Garda Stations. A juvenile (male) and a man in his 20s also arrested were released without charge last night (16/10/2018).

Gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of Jamie Tighe Ennis on the 28th October 2017 have today, Monday 15th October 2018 arrested four males in connection with this investigation.

All four were arrested in the Dublin area, they are aged in their 20s,30s, 50s, one of those arrested is a Juvenile, they are currently detained in Coolock, Clontarf, Ballymun and Swords Garda Stations.

Investigations are continuing.

Gardaí investigating a fatal shooting in Coolock on the 28th October 2017 have named the dead man as 24-year-old Jamie Tighe Ennis, of  Timbermill Apartments, Artane, Dublin 5.

The shooting happened at approximately 2.20am on 28/10/18 at Moateview Avenue, Priorswood, Dublin 17. A post mortem examination is being carried out by Dr. Margret Bolster.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident at Moateview Avenue or who may have seen a black Audi A3 00-OY-5067 which was burned out at Prospect Hill, Finglas shortly before 3am to please call 01-6664200 or the Garda confidential line on 1800-666-111.
