Male charged in connection with the murder of Joanne Lee.

Gardai in Donnybrook investigating the murder of Joanne Lee in February 2018 have charged a male (42 years) in connection with the murder. He will appear before a special sitting at a court in the CCJ, Parkgate St at 10am this morning the 18th March 2018.

Gardai in Donnybrook investigating the murder of Joanne Lee in February 2018 have arrested a male in his early 40's in connection with the murder.

He was arrested yesterday the 16th March in Dublin and is now being detained at Irishtown Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.

Gardaí at Donnybrook in Dublin are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body a female in a house at Ranelagh Rd, Dublin 6.

The body was discovered at approximately 3.45pm this afternoon. Thursday 15th February 2018. The body remains at the scene and the area has been sealed off for a Technical examination.

The office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
