Gardai in Castlerea are investigating a public order incident that occurred at the Rose Lawn area of Castlerea on the morning of the 9th December 2018.
The incident occurred at approximately 1am and during the course of the incident, a male Garda and two males received injuries and required hospital treatment. All three were subsequently released from hospital.
The incident has been referred under section 102 of the Garda Siochana Act to the Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission and is currently being examined by them.
