Fatal Road Traffic Collision ar Boynabought, Kilmainhamwood, Kells, Meath on the 21/12/18

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision at Boynabought, Kilmainhamwood, Kells, Co Meath on Friday, December 21st 2018.

At approximately 8pm Gardaí attended at the scene of a traffic collision between two cars at the above location.

A 24 year old male passenger in one of the cars was fatally injured, the 24 year old male driver and the male driver of the other vehicle were both taken by ambulance to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda (no other persons were involved)

The road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and diversions are in place. The Coroner has been notified of the death.
