Witness appeal Mayo Crash 4th June 2017.

Gardaí investigating a fatal road traffic collision which happened at Churchfield, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo at 4am this morning, 4th June 2017 are appealing for witnesses.

The single vehicle crash resulted in the death of a front seat passenger, a man in his 20s. The driver of the car, a man in his 20s, and a female passenger also in her 20s have been taken to Mayo University Hospital Castlebar with serious injuries.

The road at the scene has now re-opened following an examination of the crash site by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators. Anyone with information is asked to contact Castlebar Garda on 094 9038200.
