Court Appearance - Arrest of Section 30 Offences Against the State Act.

Gardai in Clontarf investigating the discovery of a suspicious device at St. Aidans Park, Marino that occured on the morning of 11th June, 2017 have arrested and charged a man.

The arrest was made on Wednesday afternoon, 14th June 2017 and he was detained under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939 at Clontarf Garda Station.

The man (early 30s) will appear before Court No. 1, Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate Street this morning at 10.30 a.m. charged in relation to the incident.
