Sudden death investigation in Carlow - 25/7/17

Gardaí are seeking assistance from the public in identifying a man whose body was discovered at Cox’s Lane in Carlow Town on Tuesday 25th July 2017.

On Tuesday 25th July 2017 at 9.05pm Gardaí attended at the scene of a sudden death at Cox’s Lane in Carlow Town. An unknown male was found in an unresponsive state and was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene.

The deceased is thought to be aged in his late 20’s or early 30’s. He is described as approximately 5’9” -5’10” in height with short black neatly cut hair and of dark complexion. He was wearing a red, white and black t-shirt with  the  wording ‘MCKENZIE’ printed across the chest, grey tracksuit bottoms and black trainers. He was also in possession of a dark ‘PUMA’ hooded top. A keychain with a number of keys were found in his possession.
