Stabbing Incident in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 on the 1/1/17

Gardaí in Ballyfermot are investigating an Assault Causing Harm incident which occurred at approximately 09:30 this morning (01/01/17) in Oranmore Road, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10.

A woman in her 70s was taken to St James Hospital with apparent stab wounds. Her condition is described as critical.

No arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
