Serious Road Traffic Collision Dublin City 22nd August 2017

Gardaí from Pearse St and other emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious road traffic collision at the junction of Harcourt Rd and Adelaide Rd in Dublin.

The collision occurred at approximately 6.16pm this evening (22/8/17) It appears from initial investigations that a number of pedestrians were struck by a car. Six people have been taken to hospital (gender unknown).

This is not a hit & run incident.
