Update - Serious Traffic Collision Co. Limerick 17th September 2016

A 3-year-old girl seriously injured in a two car collision on the M20 at Patrickswell earlier today was pronounced dead at University Hospital Limerick this evening (17/9/2016). The local Coroner has been notified.

Garda forensic collision investigators are continuing to examine the scene. The stretch of motorway at the collision site remains closed in both directions and diversions are in place. (For traffic updates follow @gardatraffic)
