Fatal road traffic collision at Pallasgreen, Limerick on the 23/10/16

Gardaí are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Ballinaclough, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick at 3.30pm this afternoon 23rd October 2016.

A man in his 30s was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was driving crashed into a wall. There was no other vehicle involved in the crash.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his body has been removed to University Hospital Limerick where a post mortem examination will be carried out tomorrow.

The road at the scene of the collision is closed pending an examination of the area by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and diversions are in place.
