As part of a joint Intelligence led operation conducted by Gardaí attached to the Special Crime Task Force and to the Ballyfermot District Drugs Unit, Gardai have seized cocaine and cannabis herb following a planned search yesterday.

Yesterday morning Gardai carried out a search of a private dwelling in the Ballyfermot area. During the course of the search, Gardaí recovered 2.5 Kilos of cocaine and approximately 7 Kilos of cannabis herb with a combined street value of approximately €320,000 (pending analysis).
No arrests were made but enquiries are on going. There are no photographs available.
