Fatal Road Traffic Collision - Ashbourne Co Meath Sunday 27th March 2016

Gardaí at Ashbourne, Co Meath are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the R157 Maynooth to Dunboyne Road at approximately 1.40pm today (Sunday 27th March 2016)

A male motorcyclist in his 40’s was fatally injured when his motorcycle was in collision with a truck. The deceased man has been removed to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown. No The road is closed to facilitate a Forensic collision examination and local diversions are in place.
