Clondalkin Robbery Investigations - Male due in Court on the 27/7/16

A 23-year-old man is due to appear before a sitting of Blanchardstown District Court this morning (27/7/2016) charged in relation to a number of robbery incidents in the Clondalkin area in recent weeks.

The man was arrested on the 25th July during an operation led by detectives attached to the Clondalkin Detective Unit investigating 8 separate alleged robbery incidents at shops and businesses in Clondalkin area between the 15th and 25th of July. The man was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Clondalkin Garda Station.

The investigations are ongoing.
