Missing person Jim Boyle was located deceased shortly before noon today (11/12/2016) during searches near Rathmullan, Co Donegal.
Gardaí and the family of the deceased wish to thank the public and media for their assistance. The family have requested privacy at this time. No further media action is required.

Gardai at Milford are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Jim Boyle who is missing from his home at Oughterlin, Rathmullen, Co. Donegal. He is 73 years of age, and is described as being 5’10 in height, of a strong build and with black short hair and clean shaven. Jim, who lives on his own in a remote area, has not been seen in 4 weeks. When last seen he was wearing a grey woollen worn jumper, black worn suit trousers and black wellingtons. Anyone who has seen Jim or can assist in locating him is asked to contact Milford Gardaí on 074-9153060, or Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666-111.
