Gardaí have charged three men, mid 30’s, in connection with drugs seizures that occurred at Togher and Blarney, Cork. They are due to appear before a special sitting of Cork District Court this afternoon, Saturday 27th August 2016 at 1pm.
The three men were arrested following searches of a vehicle and a premises in Togher and Blarney and the seizure of heroin and cocaine with an estimated value of €119,000, pending analysis on Thursday afternoon, 25th August 2016. They were detained at Togher and Gurranabraher Garda Stations under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 as amended. All three remain in Garda custody.
