Attempted robbery in Bluebell Avenue, Dublin 12 on the 4/3/15

Gardaí have arrested 3 men and recovered a firearm following an attempted robbery at a business premises in the Kilmainham area, Dublin 12.

On the 4th March 2015 at approximately 7.40pm two males attempted to enter a premises on the Bluebell Avenue, Dublin 12. One male was in possession of a firearm. The males failed to get into the premises. The males returned to a waiting car and attempted to leave the scene.

 
Gardai from Kilmainham who were in the area and witnessed the suspicious activity stopped the car, the Gardai then arrested the three males (18, 20 and 22 years) and they are currently being detained at Kilmainham, Sundrive and Kevin Street Garda station under the provisions of Section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended.
