Arrest in Murder Investigation of Paul 'Frank' Byrne, Tallaght

Gardai in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow have arrested a man, this morning Saturday, 6th June, 2015 in relation to the murder of Paul 'Frank' Byrne, aged 20 years, who was reported missing from his home in Tallaght on 15th July, 2009 and his skeletal remains were discovered at Ballyfolan, Blessington, Co. Wicklow on 29th July, 2010.

The arrested man (aged 22 years) is currently detained under Sectiion 4, Criminal Justice Act, 1984 as amended, at Bray Garda Station.
