Witness appeal - Serious injury road traffic collision at Raheny on the 11/10/14

Gardaí are investigating a hit and run road traffic collision which occurred on the Howth Road close to Raheny Village, Dublin, outside the Church of Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace, on Saturday 11th October 2014 at approximately 10.30pm.

A male pedestrian, 30 years, suffered serious, non life threatening, injuries after being struck by a vehicle which failed to remain at the scene. He was taken to Beaumont Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
 

The scene was preserved and technically examined.
 

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information, in particular those who were in the vicinity of Raheny Village between 10.10pm and 10.45pm, Saturday 11th October 2014 to contact them at Raheny Garda Station on 01 6664300, The Garda Confidential Line 1800 666111 or any Garda Station.
