Three arrested by Gardaí in Longford investigating organised prostitution on the18/6/14

Gardaí in Longford have arrested three people as part of an investigation into organised prostitution and associated offences in counties Roscommon and Longford.

The arrests were made during an operation in the Tarmonbarry area of Co. Roscommon yesterday evening, the 18th June 2014.

Two males (aged in their 20's) and a female (20's) were detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Longford and Roscommon Garda Stations. All three were released without charge this evening (19/6/2014). A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
