Fatal road traffic collision Adare, Co. Limerick, 3rd June 2014

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following an overnight fatal road traffic collision in Co. Limerick.

At approximately 4am a 21-year-old male was fatally injured when the car he was driving left the road and struck a tree on the N21 south of Adare village. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The road is currently closed to traffic and diversions are in place. Garda forensic collision investigators have been requested to the scene.
