Update re Serious Assault Tallaght, 1st January, 2014

Two males, 21 and 25 years of age, are scheduled to appear before Court No. 2 The Criminal Courts of Justice tomorrow morning (4/01/14) at 10.30am, charged in relation to the death of Dale Creighton.

The third male, 18 years, who was detained has been released without charge this evening.

In addition there has been one further arrest tonight in relation to the investigation. A 20 year old male was arrested in the Tallaght area this evening and he is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
