Gardai are appealing for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old Stephen Duggan missing from his home in Youghal since the 18th January 2014.
He is described as 5ft 4inches in height, of slim in build, with light brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen he was wearing a blue hooded top and black tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
