Court Appearance - Post Office Robbery in Kilkenny on the 23/12/13

A man in his 50s is due to appear at Kilkenny District at 10.30 am the morning 10th February 2014 charged in relation to a robbery at occurred at Kilmoganny Post Office, in Co.Kilkenny on the evening of the 23rd December 2013.

At approximately 5.20pm a lone raider entered the Post Office at Kilmoganny, Co. Kilkenny.

He was wearing blue jeans, a hooded top and had a scarf concealing his face. He spoke with an Irish accent. He threatened the cashier with a handgun and demanded money. He escaped on foot with a quantity of cash.
