Fatal road traffic collision at Monaghan & Appeal to motorists

Gardaí are investigating a fatal road traffic collision on the N2 Cornmucklagh, Broomfield, Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan which occurred shortly after 11 am on Friday 18th October 2013.

A man in his 30s was fatally injured following a three car collision.

This is the second fatal traffic collision today and Gardaí are asking motorists to be particularly careful in what are challenging driving conditions. 

Please slow down, use dipped headlights and leave a safe distance between you and the vehicle in front.
