Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing 81 year old Thomas Chambers from Crumlin in Dublin, who was last seen on Dundrum Road Lower in Dublin at about 10.30am this morning 23rd November 2013.
Thomas was driving a blue Toyota Corolla estate, registration number 99D78572 and has failed to return home. Gardaí and his family are concerned for his well-being.
He is described as 5' 5'', medium build with short grey hair. He is wearing a beige fleece, green cardigan, blue striped shirt, black cord trousers and black runners.
