Missing person Starr Carew missing from Kells since the 31st Oct 2013

Gardaí at Kells, Co Meath are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14 year old Starr Carew missing from Kells since the 31st Oct 2013.

 
Starr was last seen in Kells at approximately 10.30pm on the 31st October 2013. Starr is approx. 5ft 4”, with straight brown hair and blue eyes. She  wears glasses. She was wearing a grey top, grey hoody, grey bottoms and black high top runners when last seen.
