The man arrested in relation to the investigation has been released without charge.
A male in his early 40’s arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing on the Malahide Road has this afternoon (27/5/13) been released without charge. A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Investigations are continuing.

Gardai in Coolock investigating the death of a male whose body was discovered at Northern Cross, <_st13a_street><_st13a_address>Malahide Road have named the deceased as 23 year old Dean Fitzpatrick. <_o3a_p>
A male in his early 40’s has been arrested in connection with the death this afternoon and is currently detained at Coolock Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984. <_o3a_p>
