The man was released without charge on 25/5/2013.
The man arrested in relation to the intelligience led operation that occured on Thursday 23rd May, 2013 and detained in Mountjoy Garda Station was released without charge this afternoon Saturday 25th May, 2013 and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

As a result of a targeted, intelligience led operation, Gardaí from the Store Street Garda station Drugs Unit last night (Thursday 23rd May) seized drugs worth approximately €1.8m following the search of a house in Donabate, Co, Dublin. A male in his mid 30s has been arrested and is being detained in Mountjoy Garda station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
Gardaí carried out the search at approximately 23.30hrs and seized cannabis herb worth approximately €800,000 and ecstasy worth approximately €1m. Both of these figures are subject to analysis.
