Update – Damage to statue Harry St., Dublin 2, 10th May 2013

Two males aged in their 20s were arrested by Gardai investigating damage to a statue at Harry St Dublin in the early hours of this morning (10/5/2013).

Both males presented themselves at Pearse St. Garda Station this evening. They were detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, and have since been released without charge. A file on the matter is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
