Gardaí in Cabra are investigating a shooting incident which occurred at a gym in the Ballyboggan Industrial Estate, Cabra at approximately 10.40a.m. this morning 15th May, 2013.
A man in his early 30's was shot at a premises at Ballyboggan Industrial Estate and removed by ambulance to The Mater Hospital, where he is believed to be a critical condition.
A scene has been sealed off pending a full technical examination.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the shooting or who may have seen a silver coloured Mini with a northern registration plate, leave the scene in the direction of Finglas, to contact them at Cabra Garda Station 01 666 7400, the Garda Confidential Line 1800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
