Arrest - False Imprisonment, Dublin

A man is detained at Mountjoy Garda Station in relation to the incident.

Gardaí at Mountjoy Garda Station investigating an incident in Dublin City Centre last Sunday night 20/5/13 have this morning (25/5/13) arrested a 47 year old man.

The man was arrested in the Beaumont area of Dublin shortly after 9am this morning. He is currently detained at Mountjoy Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4-Criminal Justice Act 1984. He is being questioned in relation to an alleged false imprisonment.

Investigations are continuing.
