Fatal road traffic collision in Tallaght, Dublin on the 2/3/13

Gardai in Tallaght are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Ardmore Walk in Tallaght at approximately 5.30pm on the 2.03.13.

A 21 month old girl was fatally injured when she was struck by a car. She was taken to Tallaght Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver of the car was uninjured.

The scene is currently preserved for a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
