Court Appearance – Serious assault investigation in Tallaght, Dublin on the 23/8/12

A 43-year-old male is expected to appear before a sitting of Tallaght District Court this morning (8/3/2013) charged following a serious assault at a house in Tallaght in August 2012.

On 23/8/2012 a 32-year-old woman sustained serious head injuries during an incident at her home on St. Dominics Terrace, Tallaght.  Following an extensive Garda investigation a man aged in his 40's was arrested in Germany earlier this month and is expected to appear before a sitting of Tallaght District Court this morning.
