There is large volume of traffic on the N4 heading to BLOOM. Motorists travelling on the N4 should divert onto M50. They should take the Blanchardstown exit - Junction 6 and turn right and head towards City Centre on the N3.
They can then enter the Phoenix Park to BLOOM via the Castleknock Gate or the Ashtown Gate.
