Fatal road traffic collision in Killarney, Kerry on the 1/6/13

Gardai in Killarney are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Lissvieen, Killarney at approximately 4.50pm this afternoon Saturday 1st June, 2013.

A female in her early 50s was fatally injured when her motorcycle left the road. 

The road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
