Fatal road traffic collision in Pettigo, Donegal on the 14/1/13

Gardai in Donegal town are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occured at Bannus, Pettigo, Co. Donegal at approximately 11.30am this morning the 14th January 2013.

This was a single vehicle collsion involving a lorry. The male driver(30's) was pronounced dead at the scene and taken to the Morgue at Letterkenny General Hospital.

The Laghy/Pettigo Rd is currently closed for a forensic collision examination. Diversions are in place.
