Gardai in Sligo are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the N4 near Drumfin, Co. Sligo at approximately 8.30pm on the 11/2/13.
A male in his late 20’s was fatally injured when the car he was driving collided with a second car. He was taken to Sligo General Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The passenger in his car along with the driver and passenger in the second car were all taken to Sligo General Hospital with injuries described as minor.
This stretch of road is currently closed pending completion of an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
