Three persons charged - Robbery investigations in Blanchardstown, Dublin – Arrests

It is in connection with recent robberies in Blanchardstown.

Gardai in Blanchardstown investigating recent robberies in the Blanchardstown area arrested three persons(male 25 yrs and two females - 34 yrs & 39 yrs) on the 8th April 2013.  All three have been charged and will appear before Blanchardstown District Court No 1 at 10.30am this morning, the 10th April 2013.

Gardai in Blanchardstown have made three arrests following a planned operation into recent robberies in the Blanchardstwon area.

Gardai investigating the robbery of three shops in the Blanchardstown area over the past two weeks during which knives were produced have arrested one male and two females last night as part of a planned operation.  

A car was stopped by Gardai on the Grange Road, Dublin 15 at approximately 10pm and the three occupants, a male in his 20’s and two females, one in her 20’s and the second in her late 30’s, were arrested. 

All three are currently detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Blanchardstown Garda Station.
