Witness Appeal - Discovery of a body of a male in Ballymun, Dublin on the 13/9/12

Gardaí are inviting the media to attend Ballymun Garda Station at 4.15pm on 13th September 2012.

Superintendent Paul Moran will make an appeal for witnesses.

Gardai in Ballymun are investigating the discovery of a body of a male aged in his late 30's in Ballymun on the 13th September 2012.

The body was discovered at approximately 4a.m. following an incident at house on St Josephs Way.

Two males (one in aged in his 20's, one 30's) and a female (20's) injured during the incident were taken by ambulance to the Mater hospital.

The scene is preserved pending a technical examination and the State Pathologist has been notified.

Two males aged in there 2'0s have been arrested and are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Ballymun Garda Station.
