A 50 year old man will appear before the Courts of Criminal Justice this morning 20/9/2012 in relation to fraud.
Gardai from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation have arrested a male this morning in Dublin in relation to serious investment fraud.
The male (50 years) will appear at 10.30a.m. this morning before the Courts of Criminal Justice charged in relation to serious investment fraud.

As part of an ongoing major investigation into allegations of deception by a number of investors, detectives from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation have this morning 7th July 2011 arrested one man.
The man, aged 49, is currently detained at Irishtown Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
Detectives also searched a house in the Monkstown area as part of the investigation.
